Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Sunday and Holidays – Closed

Scheduling is by appointment.  Surgeries are performed Monday through Friday in the morning.

Payment Policies
Payment is due at the time of services. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Outstanding balances are charged a 1.5 percent billing fee monthly.

After Hours Emergency
Our clinic works in coordination with the emergency clinic in Kelowna. This means that emergency calls after hours will be directed to this clinic. If you have a situation that requires immediate veterinary attention, please call our main office line and follow the simple recorded instructions.
